To use the SIL System you need to install software on your computer known as the JADE Thin Client. A broadband connection is recommended but a dial-up connection will still work. You will also need to contact the SIL System Administrator to obtain a valid username and password.

Minimum System Requirements:

Windows XP Service Pack 2 or later.

Current JADE setup kit

Download the installer (64-bit) to install JADE presentation client and follow these instructions. The Instruction zip file contains files that are needed to complete the SIL installation. Please contact the SIL System Administrator for help regarding the installation process and to register for a valid username and password.
